“How much should I drink?”

This was inspired by the recent purchase of a Brita filter and tomorrow’s weather forecast, make sure to stay hydrated

*Note: Saltine crackers are NOT a good source of water. Not even if you are told that at a major nutrition conference by a major nutrition professional with lots of credentials after her name.

  1. Really?! But once I was told by a registered dietitian that saltines are GREAT for hydration. Sometimes after an 8 mile run I just eat saltines, no water needed 😉
